Referral Showcase Activation
A fully managed 2-hour pop-up event (e.g., movie night, family game night, children's fun zone, or s'mores & pours) using in-house VVS activation elements.

Welcome Credit
A $1,500 credit toward their first contracted event.

A Few Key Answers for a Few Key questions

What happens if my referral doesn’t qualify?
They’ll receive a thank‑you note, but no credits are issued.

Is there a limit?
Yes—up to three rewards per client per year.

How do I track my credits?
You’ll receive quarterly referral statements showing your credit balance.
Who can make a referral?
Current VVS clients (and their internal teammates). Self-referrals aren’t eligible.
What counts as a new client?
An organization that hasn’t worked with VVS in the past 24 months.
What does my referral get?
Their first activation is on us—either a complimentary Pop-up event (movie night, trivia, or kids zone) or a $1,500 credit applied to their first activation.
How long do they have to claim/schedule?
Claim your perk within 45 days of being referred.
Hold a date within 6 months (180 days) of claim. (Actual event can be delivered anytime in that window, and weather reschedules can extend 60 days beyond the booked date.)
What’s included in the Pop-up event?
A fully turnkey 2-hour activation using VVS-owned assets (setup, show, strike). Add-ons available at standard rates.
Where can it be held?
Within our standard DMV service area. Travel fees may apply outside this area.
How do I check my credits during the pilot?
Email info@eventswithvvs.com.
Can I refer another property in our portfolio?
Yes. A different property/brand/division that VVS does not currently serve—and that operates with its own budget/decision maker—is eligible.
When do they get it?
Immediately. They simply book; we deliver at no cost (subject to availability).
When do I earn credits?
After we deliver your referral’s first activation. That’s when $1,500 posts to your balance (up to 3 credits/year; max $4,500).
How do I check my credits?
For the pilot, just email janae@eventswithvvs.com. (Quarterly statements will roll out with our Notion upgrade.)
Lead time & weather?
Pop-up activations: please allow 14 business days minimum (2 weeks).
Larger/custom activations: we recommend ~6 weeks to plan, secure vendors/permits, and promote.
Weather: for outdoor activations, we include one weather reschedule within 60 days of the original date (subject to availability).
Note: Peak dates/holidays book quickly; earlier is always better.
Can credits be transferred or cashed out?
No. Credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Unused credit value does not roll over.
What if two people refer the same organization?
We honor the first referral received (timestamped on the form).
