Who We're Looking For
EventSquad Staff
High-energy, reliable individuals who bring positive vibes to every interaction. Ready to engage guests and support seamless event operations from setup to breakdown.
Event Managers
Mature, high-energy leaders (often 25–33) who can earn client trust and guide teams with confidence. Backgrounds in hospitality, athletics, or military are highly valued. Must be comfortable standing/walking 6–8+ hours and lifting 50 lbs when needed.
What You'll Do as Part of EventSquad
Guest Engagement: Create welcoming, informed experiences for every attendee.
Setup & Breakdown: Help transform spaces with displays, signage, activations, and logistics.
Brand Support: Assist with product sampling, registration, giveaways, and client-facing tasks.
Team Coordination: Stay in sync with leads and teammates through clear communication.
