We work with a wide range of event partners, including photographers, videographers, DJs, entertainers, AV and production teams, rental partners, food vendors, and specialty activation providers.
Does applying mean I’m approved?
No. Each submission is reviewed based on fit, service category, professionalism, market coverage, and current event needs.
Do you guarantee bookings?
No. We build vendor relationships carefully and book based on event fit, client needs, and current demand.
What paperwork might be required?
Depending on the role and opportunity, we may request items like portfolio links, references, W-9, COI, service agreements, menus, rate sheets, or other business materials.
Can vendors become repeat partners?
Yes. Strong vendor partners may be considered for repeat opportunities, preferred-vendor status, or deeper collaboration over time.
What happens after I apply?
You’ll receive a confirmation email, and if there’s a fit, our team will follow up with a deeper questionnaire, a conversation, or next-step materials.
