Nestled in perfect 71-degree sunny weather, attendees sipped, shopped, snapped photos, and left with full hearts (and maybe fuller shopping bags). The event began at the RIO Registration Tent, where attendees checked in, grabbed their Stamp Cards, and participated in a text-to-win contest for exclusive prizes. Their specialty cocktail, the deliciously cheeky "Orange-you-glad-you're-my-neighbor," kept spirits bright as neighbors mingled and shared stories. 2. Locally Crafted:
