On a sunny day with perfect 70-degree weather, 100 attendees gathered at 600 W North Avenue to witness the beginning of something truly special. From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere buzzed with energy, driven by upbeat tunes from a live DJ and the chatter of excitement.

  • 🎵 Entertainment: A live DJ kept the vibes high with family-friendly tracks, while a refreshing beverage bar featuring infused waters kept everyone hydrated.

  • 🎁 Giveaways: Attendees picked up reusable grocery totes (a big hit!).

  • 📱 Connection: iPads on-site allowed guests to sign up for updates on the progress of the new development.
